Advice on how to deal with getting hurt from rejection

Hi!! I'm new (just joined today). Several days ago, I had met a guy from a Christian Gamers group on Facebook. We both instantly clicked, and liked each other, as we got talking more. He's a strong Christian, and regularly talks to God. He told me that once he met my parents over video chat, he'd know whether we were supposed to be together or not. He had also told me that thinking about me made him happy, and thinking about being with me made him happy. Then that night, hours after the video chat, he texts me, and he's like "I'm sorry, but God told us that we aren't ever going to be together." And that hurt a lot, cause it was so sudden. He hasn't talked to me since Friday night. How do I move on as quickly as possible?
