That is true when someone has a busy schedule and a relationship they have to choose to make time. The best thing you can do is lay out your feelings and explain them to your best ability. If they aren’t able to recognize that their actions are attributing to that it’ll be time for you to consider the importance of the relationship. There has to be a mutual understanding. And you never know if you never ask! Their actions will speak louder than their words.
