Relationship OCD
I have been suffering with ROCD randomly for around 2 weeks now. It’s very strange because I am in a happy relationship for over 2 years and I love my boyfriend. I am experiencing thoughts such as is it time the relationship ends and do I really love him? Even though I know I do love him, the thoughts are so strong they are starting to feel real. Has anyone experienced this or know how to help as I am being to get very scared with high anxiety and panic attacks.

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this. ROCD can be distressing, but it's important to remember that these thoughts are a symptom of the disorder and not a reflection of your true feelings or the strength of your relationship. One strategy that might help is mindfulness and acceptance. Try to observe your thoughts without judgment. Recognize that they are just thoughts, and they do not define you or your relationship. I think that you should take it one step at a time!
I dealt with this in the past, I think. Before I was diagnosed. But also had other intrusive thoughts relating to the relationship.
