Most days I can try and forget my mistakes but they are haunting me . I can't stop thinking about you and about how perfect you are and I screwed it up . How do you get over a relationship that you ruined by being disrespectful

Hi, I'm sorry you're feeling this way. Breakups can give us a sort of grief that's hard to overcome, but it is possible. The 5 stages of grief are Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and Acceptance. To reach acceptance, you can try some coping methods like hanging out with friends or enjoyable hobbies.
