Is this toxic?

So I have some mental issues and have frequent thoughts of offing myself and harming myself. My boyfriend thinks I may have BPD based off my behavior (I don't know, I refuse to see a doctor or tell my parents). Not too long ago he send me a text telling me he can't be with me because its too big of a burden. We called for 20 minutes or so, he apologised and even said he's coming over right now (he lives an hour away), but now that I've calmed down I can't help but think if his behaviour might be toxic or is that just me?

He was crying too, so I think he regrets it and I know he's under a lot of stress, but breaking up with me (or wanting to) because I may have BPD? I don't know...

@AliceRndom

I do not think that is toxic. It is a lot of work and stress to be in relationship with someone having MH issues and not addressing it.  He is probably wishing you would seek some sort of help in dealing with issues he sees.

Are you not speaking up or seeking therapy or a  professional diagnosis for a specific reason?   Concerned of what someone may say or what you may need to do to overcome an issue.

Thank god, that's all I needed to hear. This was a while ago and things have turned out for the better by now. I don't go to therapy for personal reasons which I've told him before too (I actually told him the reasons). Things are better now, but i just didn't really know at the time because of certain things he did/said, but i trust him a lot and things are much better now.
