Help me guys
How do you deal with controlling parents? My parents want to control everything I do but I'm an adult and I have my own life..
How can I set some boundaries.. I'm at a point where I struggle to tell them my decisions

Some parents have a harder time then others letting go and letting adult children make their own decisions regardless if out come is good or bad....
some are well meaning and just concerned.....................Setting boundaries are often depending on the amount of control they Have or Want. ...........Is there strings attached for example some parent s provide financial support and if you make decisions against their wishes they may pull support. some kids go along because the need that support and do not want it to end.
If your independent and are not under that sort of situation you can deal with them like you would a friend or co-worker lending their opinion on what you should buy this or have opinions on your choices ... just smile say "thanks for your opinion ... i got this "

I'm actually financially independent but I still live at their house.. but I guess I can do this
Move out bro. Life is too short to be controlled n restricted each day. Currently, you are also losing opportunity to explore yourself and the world. If u can, choose move out.
