Dilemma
I reunited with my first love. She says she has feelings for me, but I don't feel 100% sure. I try not to take it personal as it may involve something that has nothing to do with me or she may express love in her own way at her own time. But I don't want to continue to pursue it if she doesn't see me in the same way I see her. My heart is still holding out for her but when should I know to let go? And how to deal with the inevitable pain that comes with it?

If you want to avoid pain or the risk she does not feel the same as you or the depth you do ....
you will not ever have a relationship.... there is no perfect timing to avoid the pain of breakups or there are times when you may feel more strongly then your partner. Love involves taking risks.
