Hello, to make my story short,


It's been 2 years that me and my gf are together (met at work) the problem is that she is bad with expressing herself and very stubborn person, I love here so much to the extent that I sacrificed myself multiple time for here happiness.


The problem is that I feel that I am emotionally dependet of here, she can make me happy (the only one) or sad. 


We are doing everything together to the point where i feel empty when i am alone. 


I want to get out of this, and get control over my emotions again, do u have any idea how ?

First is to let go that your happy or sad is her... it is YOU.   you have the ability to change you not her. 

 you have already done the sacrifice your feelings for her and what did that get you her giving same consideration to you? i bet not you just opened the idea she can continue to disregard your wants/ needs/ feelings. 

that is not sustainable.eventually that love you feel will grow to resentment and anger.   it is not love holding you back but worry about being alone or starting over... maybe her talking badly of you at work but it is not about your happiness or you would leave now.
