I hope you don't mind me subscribing to the thread - I struggle with this as well and really wish I had a proper solution/mechanism for dealing with it :,/
I don't mind at all my dear, that's the whole point of being here, to share similar experiences and have support by people who have been through the same situation like us. I hope you will manage to get over it, I know it's frustrating.
