New Roomate-Problems

Over the summer before moving into officially becoming roomates i told my roomate that i need tv to sleep. She responded with “ i used to sleep w tv but not anymore but I can totally sleep with tv its not a problem” . First night in she asked me to lower so I did. I lowered it to volume 6. She then told me she doesnt want me sleeping with it. She cant sleep with it i cant sleep without it. Who should be the one to compromise and sleep with earplugs/airpods
