Is this normal??

I am a member in a 7-girls group. One of the girls is having her birthday in four days and a surprise party group has been already created to plan for her party. I really don’t mind participating but the problem here is that my birthday has been the only birthday in the group that has been ignored to some extent. Like in everyone’s last birthday we all either made a surprise party or brought gifts to each other, but mine was the weirdest or maybe i see it in this way. In our 17th birthdays (the latest one), I was the second one to turn 17 in the group. For the first one, we all got her gifts and got a small cake and it was a surprise. For me, only this girl got me a gift (and it was really beautiful and I loved it so much) and the rest only posted an Instagram story. The fact is that the girl that they are planning for her birthday in few days told me on my birthday “I am not the kind of people who gets gifts for her friends as my love language is not gift giving at all and the more I love someone the more I ignore gifts hahahaha”. She had got birthday gifts for all and she is the one planning for all surprise parties actually, but I was forgotten!! I really don’t care for the gift itself as much as the feeling of caring and “yeah I didn’t forget your birthday” but it is bad to feel the left out in the group especially that this is not the only incident that gave me this feeling with them. The idea itself that the rest of the girls add to to this groups is making be uncomfortable. Like if I am the left out why do you remember me now??? Or if you all remember our birthdays why mine was ignored as if I am only a normal classmate??

Note: we all have been together since 2 years ago but we started these surprises and gifts on our 17th birthdays as these are the last birthdays together before going to different universities.
