What is your breaking point?

FadingStarDust June 29th, 2017

All of us want to be in a healthy fullfilling relationship, but sometimes even when we are head over heels in love with someone, a certain thing keeps irking us, A thing we can't ignore and hinders our relationship. For me, being taken for granted and getting restrained to do things the way I want to do is the end of the line. What about you?

@FadingStarDust.. my breaking point is finding out my partner lied to me, they tried to limit me from friends and family (basically trying to control me) and also when they are not there for me when i need them the most.

@Helping2findAway

No one deserves that and I hope you're out of the relationship and are happy now!

For me, one or more of the below things can be a deal breaker.

1. Hiding the truth or deliberately lying.

2. Doesn't respect me.

3. Drug use.

This is such a great question! Breaking points can differ from person to person so I'll say what mine are

1. Lying, cheating, stealing

2. Lack of communication skills

3. Bad with money

4. Racist, xenophobic, homophobic, any of the bigotries thats a no thank you

5. Lack of true growth in the relationship aligned with what I want from the relationship.
