Very codependent

I have managed to become very codependent on my wife in the last 4 years and I seem to be having a really hard time getting back to being myself again. Can someone please give me some advice on how to start that please? I need some help.

I would make a list of things you need to do by yourself and make a goal of completing one a day by yourself be slowly work up
