I've had friends, family and relationships but I don't seem to believe if they truly care. Most times I feel super uncomfortable when someone says those three words it's hard to say for me especially to my mom idk why

That's tough when it seems like no one cares or even perhaps loves us. I understand how it is hard for you to say "I love you" and for you to receive those same words. It's because you are feeling very disconnected in your environment right now. It sounds like that you have been though a lot, leading to this disconnection.
