It's not easy but you're stronger.

Break ups and divorce can be really hard and affect our lives alot. The bond being broken from a loved-one has never been easy, there are days when we miss them so bad that we can't seem to focus on anything.

But everything happens for a reason. We are stronger than this and if we're able to survive it, means there is someone out there for us who would make this struggle worth the painful joruney for us.

If anyone feels like sharing their thougts with me or wants to talk to me about their break up or divorce, let me know :D

I been in a marriage more than a decade, but is cold, not caring and lonely, we been like roommates for a while.

the other person doesn't want to move on or work on it, i am ready for a change whatever might be.

I don't understand why this person doesn't want to work things out or divorce me? Any input would be appreciated thanks 💜

@Purple702 From what I can gather, your partner seems to be stuck in that situation. It could be due to some personal issue which hasn't been shared with you or noticed by you. It could be also that the person is wanting to remain in this rigid situation because of not wanting to face or enter a new situation (which will be either divorce or mending your relationship). This specific type or phobia is called Agoraphobia which your partner might be suffering through due to some or the other reason, be it mild or high.
My suggestion here would be to act friendly and make your partner feel comfortable at first. First try to be the friend they might want you to be and not a married partner. Who knows they might indulge you with whatever is going through there head. Though this can take days or weeks or even months, I advice you to be patient towards your partner.
Then when you've reached that level of comfort and friendship where you can shre things with each other, ask them about this in a calm and friendly way. You will get your answer. :)
