@Phoenix1357

One of the coping strategies I use is to play my favorite music and I also write down all my feelings and thoughts, it helps me to organize them and I feel better as the result.

@Phoenix1357 Here are some coping strategies I use when I feel stressed or upset!

1. Leaving behind what I'm doing and taking a walk to clear my mind

While I can't focus much on my work when I'm stressed, leaving it for a while and coming back to it when I'm in a better mood helps.

2. Talking to someone who's willing to hear me out

Sometimes there are things on my mind that I just need someone to give me advice or reassure me.

3. Listening to music

This is similar to 1, listening to music can bring up your mood and give you a peace of mind.
