Divorce

My husband wants a divorce even though he is not really doing anything to organise it.

I've done a lot for him and basically he told me that he married me to try to escape jail (he is in another country)

I'm so confused though as a few months after we married he knew he wouldn't get a visa so he said we will divorce. I got over it which was heartbreaking but then he text to say he missed me and wanted to make things work even though we were in different countries.

We got back together and he was so lovely and we got on. He then ended up going to prison for a bit and we rowed when he got out. He said that he was very depressed and needed to divorce me. I'm confused as one moment he was saying he is bad for me and doesn't want to ruin my life and then he is nasty blaming everything on me.

We haven't spoken for 3 weeks now as he blocked me so he's even messing me about with the divorce that he wants

I'm so sad and hurt
