Breakup
I dated a girl I met through a mutual friend, and everything was going well. We were doing long distance (3.5hr apart), and seeing each other 2x a month, due to work schedules. This girl lived in my home town, so I was always willing to go back home, and she was willing to come up to see me. We had one issue, where we would not see each other in March, due to work schedule. However, everything was going great, but I get a call on Saturday evening that she wants to end things, because she said it didn't feel right. There was no forewarning at all.. She was planning a trip in April for her and I 2 days earlier, she was flirting with me, etc. I am not sure what to do. She called me on Saturday night after a day of drinking and hanging out with friends, so I was not in the best state of mind to comprehend this break up. She just told me that she has questioned some things, and jumped ship, because she did not think questioning things in a relationship was right, even though it is a natural occurrance. We left the conversation on Saturday saying we will talk Sunday (yesterday); however, I never called her. I feel like I should just drop it, but part of me feels like I need to reach out as well. I was completely blindsided, and our mutual friends couldn't believe it either. To them, everything seemed great too. They did not see any signs of failure. If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hey there, hopefully you are doing well. There's a few things I would like to point out;
I dated a girl I met through a mutual friend, and everything was going well. (I think this depend on the person and their past experiences, but a lot of women would give signs of backing away and being cold for a bit, not as excited to spend time with you, while others will drop the bomb out of no where, so it's very important to take a closer look during the last few weeks. There must had been a few things she had said that possibly you didn't feel it was serious.) There was no forewarning at all.. She was planning a trip in April for her and I 2 days earlier, she was flirting with me, etc. (This is very strange, I believe something must had happened before this) I am not sure what to do. She called me on Saturday night after a day of drinking and hanging out with friends, so I was not in the best state of mind to comprehend this break up. She just told me that she has questioned some things, and jumped ship, because she did not think questioning things in a relationship was right, even though it is a natural occurrance. (There must had been something that's making her feel this way. I have seen how women feel like the man is more into the relationship than her would make her back away and other reasons). We left the conversation on Saturday saying we will talk Sunday (yesterday); however, I never called her. I feel like I should just drop it, but part of me feels like I need to reach out as well. (She breakup with you, so she shouldn't be a priority after the way she breakup with you) I was completely blindsided, and our mutual friends couldn't believe it either. To them, everything seemed great too. They did not see any signs of failure. If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.
