A little lost
My wife left me(f)… We’ve been together for 9 years and married almost 5. We’ve now separated. She left almost 2 weeks ago and I’ve been floating through the last little bit. I don’t have answers and don’t know what my future holds…. I’m in limbo while I wait to see if she still loves me and can be happy with me. I’m an emotional roller coaster. I just feel lost… she’s all I’ve know for such a long time. I just don’t know.

Things might seem hard now but please believe you have better things ahead. Do you have any idea why she left you? What exactly is it you miss about being with her?
@quietCat132-Sorry to hear you are going through this. Did you have any warning about problems in your marriage? Are you still communicating with her? Has she given you any reasons why she left? People usually do not leave unless there are issues that are unresolved. Sometimes a partner simply doesnt want to be married anymore. But through the five years you should be able to reflect on whether there were problems. Money, children, affairs, emotional neglect, domestic violence, substance abuse, communication issues, lack of common goals ...... only to name some of the common ones. Best of luck to you.
