Writing/Journaling about me

The past 20 years of my life have been one *** of a Rollercoaster. On and off I have done Journaling especially when times have gotten really hard. I am to the point that I want to write a book about my life. I just don't know how to start, where to start. Any advice and tips is greatly appreciated.
