What a great topic to discuss. Something that has helped improve my sleep schedule has been maintaining a regular sleep schedule. This means that I go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even the weekends. Also creating a relaxing bedtime routine helps me get in the mood to sleep. I typically do an evening shower and grab a good book to read. What about you
