Hi. My name is Aiyana. I am struggling with a lot of things, but i found out that writing really helps me. I wrote a poem that i want to share. Let me know what you think. (THIS POEM CAN BE SENSITIVE TO OTHERS AND IS KIND OF DEEP). thank you.



Standing in the darkness alone,

Why did it have to happen like this?

Several birds sing as they go home,

What happened to my home?

Often, I like to dream.

Dream im flying,

Dream im surviving,

Sitting in a dark corner,

As if i'm just a useless hoarder,

Searching for its next meal.

Pain defines my soul now.

Use me as a creel,

Why not fix the broken?

Why not help the sick?

Heartlessness.

Blood bleeds through the paper

I am the blood.

Always dark,

No light.

Why cant you be my light?

I matter,

Right?

Save me, save me,

I scream.

Would you listen?
