The Midnight Library by Matt Haig is a beautiful one. It touches on some very deep topics with the main character starting with bad depression, so just wanted to give you a heads up.

If you like graphic novels, @AdventureCode345, I highly recommend Hyperbole and a Half by Allie Brosh. It's an honest, and at times refreshingly light hearted, representation of someone who has bipolar disorder and struggles with periods of depression.

i have a short list!

  • my heart and other black holes
  • every last word
  • forgive me leonard peacock
  • turtles all the way down

my personal favorite is forgive me leonard peacock (pls look up trigger warning if you want to read) it’s about a guy who’s planning to commit s****, the book is sad but also has a good sense of humor. the mc isn’t the most likeable but i think it’s the most realistic out of all of this
