Any Nonfiction Books on Mafia and Organized crime?

Im writing a book with a few Characters in the Italian mafia, It's not the main point of the story however the mafia will become important in a part of my book. I wonder if any of you know some good books about how the mafia worked and such! (preferably non-fiction)
