I am starting my journey of reading with the book "GOOD VIBES GOOD LIFE" -by Vex King..
This book teaches us :
how you can learn to love yourself, how you can transform your negative emotions to positive ones and how to find everlasting happiness.
This book inspires one to :
- practice self-care, overcome toxic energy, and prioritize your wellbeing
- cultivate positive lifestyle habits, including mindfulness and meditation
- change your beliefs to invite great opportunities into your life
- manifest your goals using tried-and-tested techniques
- overcome fear and flow with the Universe
- find your higher purpose and become a shining light for others.

@HealingConsciousness this sounds like something might I want to add to my collection! I appreciate you sharing it, and I can recommend a few things!
For deep and heavy I'd recommend anything by James Hillman, or James Hollis. They helped me really plumb the depths of the difficult things in life. Particularly, "The Middle Passage" by Hollis, and "The Soul's Code".
Next would be the more everlasting, day-to-day works by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. I've only read "In Love With The World", and "The Joy of Living", but I'd like to read "Joyful Wisdom" as well. I've read great reviews!
There have been many books regarding self help that have made a great impact on my wellness, so if you would like more recommendations I'd be happy to share!
