Social Media Soldiers

@SingingButterfly22 - It's important to me that there will be less and less stigma around getting help. I would like to see people beginning to think about it as an absolutely normal thing. I'd like to see that people start to celebrate their therapy and other help received instead of feeling that they have to hide it or be ashamed of it.
