1. The people here and the resources available.

Almost everyone here is supportive and lovely, listener or not! And also I absolutely love the self-help guides and the courses! I learnt more than I would have ever imagined :))

2. 7cups feels like a 2nd home.

It's a place when I can let go and relax. I can also have fun and be myself. It means so much :D

3. Right now I am loving the internship program and also the certifications. I am collecting badges and stuff. It's great cause we get to better ourselves!

1. What do you love about 7 Cups?

The togetherness of everyone! 7 Cups is such a well knit community that really lets you experienve the amazing feeling of helping others!

2. What does 7 Cups mean to you?

It means an escape. 7 Cups is somewhere I can go to find myself surrounded with poeple who just want to make the world a better place! After a bad day it's so nice to get on here & scroll through feed or pick up some chats & help people who didn't have a good day themselves!

3. What is your favorite thing about 7 Cups?

My favorite thing about 7 Cups would have to be answering chat requests. I love knowing that I have the ability to change someone's day & make them feel cared for.

4. What are you most thankful for about 7 Cups?

I'm most thankful for the people I've met here on 7 Cups! I have wonderful members that I check up on daily or weekly that I genuinely love! Listeners as well! I speak to some great listeners that are always able to give me new tips & tricks on listening & sometimes just a smile when I really need it! :)

There are so many things to do here! I really enjoy taking advantage of the guided meditations and the forums. There is so many nice, wonderful people and resources on here.

To me, 7 Cups means having hope.

4. What are you most thankful for about 7 Cups?

The amount of time that goes into making all of the activities, resources, and listeners possible. It's really awesome what all this site has accomplished and how many people it has helped. =]

1. What do you love about 7 Cups? I love that 7cups is a place where normal Joes (like myself) can work together for a greater cause. I'm a person who is mostly housebound due to disability but I've always desired to volunteer my time to help people. When I found 7cups, I couldn't believe that someone thought of such an amazing and loving idea! I love that people come here and truly feel like they've been helped, just by listening and offering a kind word. Listening and kindness is one of the things the world needs the most and I'm glad to offer it here. It's truly incredible!

2. What does 7 Cups mean to you? 7cups means a lot to me! It's a place where I can help others and receive help too. I wake up everyday excited to log into 7cups and to talk to members. I'm also excited to work with such amazing people and to have a way to grow within a community. If it wasn't for 7cups, I don't think I would have had the chance to do so, with my position in life.

3. What is your favorite thing about 7 Cups? My favorite thing about 7cups is definitely the 1-1 chats. I'm a natural introvert, so trying to talk in a room where there are multiple people talking all at once, overwhelms me. I love being able to sit down with one person and offer my two ears to them without any distractions. I also love the forums and I try to answer any new posts that haven't received a reply.

4. What are you most thankful for about 7 Cups? I'm thankful for being able to help others and I'm thankful for being helped in so many ways as a member. I'm thankful for meeting such beautiful people and developing amazing friendships.

1. What do you love about 7 Cups? I love that 7 Cups has given a home to so many who needed it and that it's a place where anyone, regardless of who they are or what they struggle with, can find someone who understands, who cares, and who will listen. That's pretty darn powerful!

2. What does 7 Cups mean to you? On a purely practical note, 7 Cups means an opportunity to volunteer in a way that works with my often unpredictable or random schedule, which makes me happy. On a more emotional note, it means encouragement, love, unconditional support, and a really wonderful group of people who I know care.

3. What is your favorite thing about 7 Cups? I think if I said anything besides the forums, my forum loves' heads would pop off, but what I actually love most is that there are so many facets so no matter what way you personally like to give or receive support, there's an option that just might work for you!

4. What are you most thankful for about 7 Cups? I'm most thankful for my incredible members and the honesty, vulnerability, and trust they show me every time we talk and the courage they have in reaching out, in taking steps forward, and in working to move towards something great!

I love how supportive it is, I don't feel judged here.

It means a lot, I think I've learnt quite a few things from this site.

The daily tasks, they give me a reason to get out of bed each day.

4. What are you most thankful for about 7 Cups?

Even though I don't use them often, being able to chat to a listener or in a chat room is really helpful for when I'm low or lonely.

What I love the most about this site is that it's really full of postiveness, people that help and understand each other and everyone does really care about you and everyone who's struggling. I like that it does not get boring, everyday there's something new to participate in or to share.

2. What does 7 Cups mean to you?

It means relaxation, care, understanding, support, joy, excitement, compassion, goals, sharing, friends and the most important: love!

My fave thing about 7Cups is the interaction between everyone here, also this is a very close community!

I'm most thankful about that I feel less alone, I don't feel like I'm a freak or that I don't belong anywhere or with anyone.

My favorite thing about 7 cups is the support that you recieve from the community also that I get to bring so many smiles to so many people's face just by listening to them giving them a chance to speak about whats on there mind.

I am thankful to of met so many special beautiful people that I call my friends & also my adorable members the ones that teach me long life lessons on a daily basis. 7 cups is a very special place
