Today, we shall introduce what the chat rooms have to offer!

Every week, we have support sessions in the group chat rooms. These structured sessions are designed to create a regular space at the same time each week, to enable members to share, learn and grow together. They are led by group mods who are support team members in the relevant categories. They both host and guide the sessions by asking all participants a series of questions.

Sessions include: Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQ+, Relationship, Disability, Parenting, High School and Mindfulness sessions.

We also have general discussions and special events-related discussions around on 7 Cups too. The topics, frequency and times vary in comparison to the structured support sessions. The discussion leaders are usually group mods and are hosted in a similar fashion.

Your level of participation as a member in these discussions is up to you! You may be very talkative or find that you prepare simply reading along.

You can find out the times and locations of these sessions and discussions on both the teen and adult side here!

Regarding special event-related discussions, there are sometimes notes taken in order for everyone or those who missed any to potentially benefit from them or reflect on them. You can find the notes here.

There are quite a few discussions going on even today, so why not give them a try and join in!
