Today, we shall introduce what the feed has to offer!
Firstly, the hashtags for this weeks events are: #SelfHelp and #SelfCare.
You may have a feed but wonder how to use it to maximise its potential. If so, then please read below.
The feed could be used as an online diary, as an outlet for your thoughts. It could also be for keeping track of your progress with anything you are working on. You may also wish to use it to keep in contact and communicate with various members of the 7 Cups community. There are actually a few ways to use it!
But what if youre not big on posting to blogs and things like that? Is there any use for it still? … Yes!
The feed uses hashtags of which you can follow or include yourself on by using the the ‘# key followed by a word or topic in your post (with no spaces between) e.g., #SpecialEvents. Then, when you click this, you can find all other posts that have used the same hashtag. It can be a great way to connect with others (regardless of your interaction) and see what help, tips and resources are provided, as well as what activities are going on there.
