June 8th - National Best Friends Day!

Today is National Best Friends Day! A day to share with our good friends, showing our appreciation to them, and to seize any opportunities of meeting future best friends. As such, I'd like to take the opportunity to introduce the listener twins (accountability buddies) project.

Are you a member wishing to get to know other members? Perhaps try to frequent the group chat rooms, or introduce yourself via the forums].

What is a listener twin?

They are listeners who may have joined around the same time, and share around the same amount of experience as you. Perhaps even someone who you have seen and thought they were awesome, or that they are someone you'd like to get to know. When you become listener twins, you are able to share your experiences, as well as lean on and support each other throughout your time here. [Learn more].

Where can I look for a listener twin?

If you're an adult listener (18+), you can post an ad for yourself or look through others' in this forum post. If you're a teen listener, you can fill out this form here. You could also ask in the listener chatrooms, for example. Once you find one, you can let us know too!

Once I find my twin... then what do I do?

If you'd like a little help in getting to know each other and get the ball rolling a little, you can try the Listener Twin weekly challenges!! These are the current ones available so far:
