Today's theme: Positivity.
Acts of kindness can lead to positivity, for both the givers and receivers of such kindness. This, in turn, can help us to feel more motivated, inspired, energetic, less stressed and to have a boost in self-esteem and confidence! At the same time, these same benefits of positivity can actually be the starter of acts of kindness. It all links together.
So today we will focus on ways to boost positivity in our lives and, in turn, enrich it!
