12 - 18th February: Random Acts of Kindness Week
Today is the beginning of Random Acts of Kindness Week!
For those who do not know, this week was created to encourage kindness to be practised in various areas of life. It hopes to inspire us all to make kindness a feature of our everyday lives, in a variety of ways! [Click here if you would like to learn more].
On 7 Cups, we are celebrating by looking at the following themes over the course of this week:
Day 1: Kindness
Day 2: Love and Care
Day 3: Compassion
Day 4: Gratitude
Day 5: Positivity
Day 6: Appreciation
Day 7: Respect
Today is well be focusing on Kindness itself!
This day hopes to lead you to consider what kindness means to you, as well as what motivates you or prevents you from practising kindness - to others as well as yourself. In order to do this, we have a list of activities you can participate in via the chatrooms, forums and feed!

I'm absolutely on board with RAK ^^ And I love the thematic week spread! It's going to be an amazing event - thank you for all of your work, @QuickJazz!
@Celaeno
I second that. @QuickJazz
Looking forward to this. Even in my small sphere I feel I can make the best of it and use it to grow beyond my comfort zone.
Besides, a little kindness never hurt anyone.
@QuickJazz
Sounds awesome! Thanks for all of your hard work. I am looking forward to it ^-^
Made a mess of random acts of kindness week so far. :(
Time to brush it off and try again. This is not easy. Gratitude up next? Surely this is one I can do. :)
