The most critical stage of the 7 Cups journey is the beginning, and through the Welcome Committee, we have the opportunity to make a great first impression on our newcomers. The difference between a member receiving a personal welcome message and not is significant—everyone wants to be greeted in a new, unfamiliar place. We are the friendly faces at the door. With that in mind, we invite Verified Listeners who wish to serve this team to join the Welcome Committee as Project Agents. If accepted, you will be allocated a number of responsibilities depending on your chosen focus. Here’s what we need help with:  ↳ Coordinator - This PA is in charge of communicating with the team 1:1 and ensuring smooth operations. * Tasks include but are not limited to: * 1:1 checkins with eacb member of the team * Providing support and coaching * Dashboard supervision * General team management ↳ Recruitment - This PA is responsible for hosting monthly AMAs about the team and helping us reach our monthly onboarding goals. ...See more Over the last few weeks, I have been actively working to outreach to Adult Listeners who qualify to become Adult Teen Listeners. However, this task is far too big for just one person so I am looking to have someone join me in outreaching, as a Project Agent (PA). I am looking for someone who has time to give to help us outreach to adult listeners that could be potential candidates to become an Adult-Teen Listener. You would simply use the Browse Listener page, filter to verified listeners and find Adult Listeners who do not have teen access but meet the minimum requirements. If you are passionate about outreach and have a passion for helping to better our teen community, this role is for you! Although it is preferred you yourself be an ATL, it is not required as long as you have strong knowledge about the Teen Community/ATL process or willing to learn! Sharing Circle Help Wanted - A Variety of Roles Available

...See more Sharing Circle is a 24/7 room, which means a lot of effort goes into keeping it running smoothly and we always need more hands on deck! We have a wide variety of roles for you to get involved with, whether you like to visit Sharing Circle a couple of times a month or every day. On-Spot Host On-Spot Host is the most flexible Sharing Circle role. Our On-Spot Hosts visit the room, and if there is no host on the schedule for that time they step in to host the session. As we now have 24 Sharing Circles a day there are plenty of opportunities to jump in and help out! This role is open to listeners and members who have attended at least 3 hosted Sharing Circles. Assigned Host An assigned host signs up for one or more weekly sessions. Regular hosting will allow you to develop your skills as a host and create a supportive environment for participants. Outreach Team Member The Outreach Team aims to connect with members that may benefit from participating in Sharing Circle and encourage them to join a session. They also keep an eye out for people that would make great hosts to help us expand our hosting team. This role is open to all listeners who do not have the newbie badge. Room Supporter/ Moderator (Newbie Hub or General Support) Room Supporters and Moderators spend time in the room making sure it is safe, supportive and welcoming. Room Supporters receive training on techniques to keep the room flowing and resolve conflicts, while Moderators continue to use these techniques but also have some extra tools to help keep the rooms safe. Support Team Leader As a Sharing Circle STL you will be a point of contact for anyone who hosts in your assigned 6 hour time block, and will need to check in to the room regularly to see how things are going. You will also share duties such as training hosts, communicating with moderators and Room Supporters, processing applications and responding to feedback with the other Sharing Circle STLs. The guideline time commitment for STLs is a couple of hours a week moderating your room plus some admin tasks, so although you will oversee a 6 hour daily time block you don't need to be available all the time during your block. We have two exciting roles for listeners interested in elevating the listener community. DR PA (engagement): * Creates the new weekly posts * Shares reviews in replies * Recruits others to reply (positivity chain) * Collects names on spreadsheet to send to H to award cheers weekly Requirements: Must be able to make the once a week post limit, paste at least a few batches of reviews in replies and submit names for cheers awarding. Must also be a Verified Listener with at least.3 months on the site. DR PA (graphics): * Creates images of the reviews to be published on social media * PMs listeners prior to ask for permission to use their reviews * Note: Listeners who would like their review to be published but have their username removed may request so! * Submits them on a weekly basis to keep content fresh and consistent * Uses our official Team Lightship account to publish reviews! * Receives credit/recognition on other platforms! * Note: You have full reign to be as creative as you like and you may also bring on help with creating images. There’s room to grow here as well if you’re consistent in your contributions and would like to expand eventually. Requirements: Must be able to submit at least 3 images a week and have a passion for creativity! Must also be a Verified Listener with at least.3 months on the site. Apply here!
