Hi. Today I like to share a little info about a plant called Bunga Telang /Clitoria ternatea, commonly known as Asian pigeonwings, bluebellvine, blue pea, butterfly pea . This plant grows easily and it has this amazing vivid deep blue flowers. The flowers , when soaked in some hot water ,give out this amazing blue colour . You could use this liquid as a natural colour in your cooking ... to cook rice , to make juice , to make cakes. Beside it's amazing colour , it is super nutritious .

Try mixing the bluish liquid to some lemon juice, honey and some chia seed and dont forget to add some ice to it & some mint leaves. Voila , you get a delicious glass of juice. ( For 1 glass of water, use about 6-8 flowers)
