A face of stone
Blank as a winter’s first snow
Hazelnut eyes
Lifeless
The upward twinge of her lips
Like ripples in a stagnant lake
Golden strands of hair draped delicately over her shoulders
Snapdragons entangled between fingers
A petal flutters gently to the ground
