It's okay to cry
Crying is not a sign of weakness,
It is a silent plea of the soul.
It is a language of emotion,
Unbound, wild, and bold.
Not bound by gender,
Let men unburden their hearts too,
Stop the silence, break through the tether,
Let them have the freedom to feel what's true.

Oh wow, this is sooo beautiful. Indeed, it's okay to cry and it's okay to ask for help! Silent pleas are still pleas, and I hope there's someone for everyone in the world, to hear their silence!

Here’s a bit of science no one asked for – apparently, humans are the only mammals that shed tears because of emotions. Other animals produce tears to keep their eyes lubricated, but they don’t cry from emotional distress like we do. So crying doesn’t make us weak, it just makes us human. I really love the message in your poem – everyone deserves to feel without holding back. It’s okay to cry.
