Hello all! Thanks for liking my first poetry so much! Here’s another one :))

When i saw you walk through that door

My heart dropped

My feet flew from the ground

And my eyes stopped

As i carefully watched each step of yours

And carefully looked into your eyes

But when the time came

I said darling you werent meant to be mine

You said i was heartless

You judged me

You thought i was a waste of time

While i sat there carelessly repeating the words darling im sorry i wish you were mine

Today we are worlds apart

And i only have a picture of you in my head

Im sorry i couldn’t call you mine

I am just too afraid, hurt misunderstood and misread......
