i’m not sure if you guys will like this, but let’s try it out.

 A summer side beach.

In the morning, the sun rises on the sand like an overheating pancake in a pan.

The ocean waves are almost like arms patting the sand.

The people surfing were almost like cutting blades, cutting the sea as arms tried to push them off.

Meanwhile, others made sand sculptures, like a Builder in New York.

Then, finally, when everything was done, Sandcastles done, surfing was done, and toes were burnt.

It was time to see the perfect sunset, falling into the waters, hiding in the reef.

The sand cooled, and the ocean calmed down, ready for another day.

A very nice poem. Your use of simile does a great job of anthropomorphising the elements and conjures up a serene and sultry scene. It is a very peaceful piece and I found it's close to be surprisingly soothing. Good work.

Its amazing how you portray little pictures of nature! Its romantic and vivid in imagery, filled with vibrant colors of life. Yet they show subtle change that moves slowly but definitely!

@Littleangel89864 I really love how this poem captures the essence of a summer beach day. The comparisons—like the sun as an "overheating pancake" and the surfers as "cutting blades"—are so vivid and unique. You’ve really brought the beach to life with your words, making it feel both personal and universal. The closing image of the sunset quietly falling into the water is especially soothing. It makes me feel like I’m right there, watching it all unfold. Beautifully done!
