Reading is important for my mental health

I notice whenever there's a change of mood. I will journal and keep track of my bad mood. It makes me feel calmer, and understand myself more: what uplift my mood or what triggers me
Writing poems helps me calm down, and listening to music relax me,
Walking, mowing my lawn, cleaning, watching TV keeps me mind from racing.
Makeover and healthy meal helps me on my self - esteem.

Some things I do for my mental health is to take long showers some days, watch tv, and rest. I really try to listen to my mind and my body and my emotions. If I am feeling stressed or frustrated, it's a sign that it's time for me to stop doing what I'm doing and get my mind on something else.
Jesus is important in my mental health.
Protect myself from emotional infections. 💜
