Have you noticed white people coughing when they notice you?

I'm wondering if anyone notices how whites suddenly need to cough when they've spotted someone black. I've experienced this many times and want to know if anyone else experience this.

Hello, I hope those were just coincidences! But I could see how rude it must feel. But coughing can be a nervous response as well. Hold your head up high and as My dad would say:
Don't let it rent space in your head.
Those that mind, don't matter
and
Those that matter, don't mind
