Loving and accepting yourself for who you are is a huge part of maintaining mental health and self care. Sometimes society, people around us or even ourselves make it hard to love and accept us for who we are.
Ive found that incorporating self loving affirmations and practices goes a long way in boosting self love and acceptance, and Id love to share a few with you all.
Affirmations
I am worth more than what others may think of me.
I am deserving of good things.
I deserve to be happy.
The way that others see me does not define who I am.
