I deserve a *high five* because I am special and I am unique. I understand that with authenticity brings power. Being true to myself. So being true to myself means appreciating others and learning from others no matter what their badge is or thier role in real life. I treat all people the same. We are all equals in my eyes and everyone has value. It has been said that "the true measure of a "man" is not how they treat someone in a higher position than them, but how they treat someone who is in a subordinate role".

There is power in being authentic, I agree with that! Thank you for being supportive of all, my friend. I have always seen you do what you preach and you are a breath of fresh air at this site. I also agree with that quote! Often times, we respect our authorities but what also matters is how we treat people who may not have the same authority, to treat people with basic respect is what matters. *high fives* for this! γ( ^o^)γοΌΌ(^_^ )
