weirdly enough, making up animatics in my head is great for me to get distracted or calm

Glad your week's been good. 😊 I'm not sure what animatics are. (Maybe anagrams? Or mnemonics? If it's one of those, definitely sounds unique and can see how it would be absorbing/distracting!)

My week has been alright; quiet.
Therapy is really important for me and my mental health. I go weekly. I also work on my gratitude journal daily and positive affirmations. All of these have really helped.
It was tiring for my mental and physical health, but I was in vacation.
My ways of coping aren't really unique, they involve meditation, mindfullness or elements from these, typically do breathing or body scan. Or something more nuanced.
