I can't cope with the bpd thoughts i cry every day iam lonely isolated got no friends. Get scared to go outside. What can I do to overcome this I try most things can't be on antidepressants either as side effects can't handle them

Hi, that definitely sounds challenging. 💜 Especially if some of the usual solutions that people might suggest aren't viable (e.g. feeling lonely/isolated but don't have friends and scared to go outside; feeling sad but antidepressants aren't an option due to bad side effects).

If you're willing to try therapy, there are a lot of different types of therapy that have been shown to help with BPD. (And usually therapy is the preferred thing to try before trying medication.)
