What is something you're proud of yourself for doing recently or in the past years?

For example, i've learned to avoid projecting my emotions onto others and i've been slowly learning to accept that bpd is a major part of our lives but it does not define who we are.
Also, it can something as small as eating a meal to getting a job, its still significant and it matters.
Can't wait to read your responses! <3

I had a conflict with a friend recently that I felt like I was able to handle well.
- I managed to restrain myself from lashing out at them in the heat of the moment
- I waited until I was feeling calmer before trying to process the situation or make any decisions
- I was able to come up with a response that felt like it was still honest and respectful of my feelings/needs but much less likely to escalate things and destroy that friendship
