I'm glad you're here. It sounds as though you're really struggling with the symptoms that go along with BDP right now. Seeing your doctor for a medication review certainly could be in order and it's a great first step. I think you will find a lot of very caring, compassionate and skilled volunteers, listeners, other members, and therapists here as well who are available to you and can support you as you try to find a life worth living to you. Wishing you luck on this path and holding you gently in mind.

@bunnylover427 Welcome! We're glad you're here. It sounds like you're on the right track with talking to your doctor about meds. Being open and honest about your symptoms, side-effects and ideas is key when trying to find the best treatment for yourself. Can be a tricky and frustrating process so don't lose hope! As mentioned above, feel free to connect with listeners on here if you ever need to chat. We're here for you. smiley

Hi @bunnylover427, sometimes finding the right treatment balance can take a while. Sometimes keeping a diary about what makes you happy day to day can help you find a bit of balance in your life. Reflecting about your day with a listner might be good to find those positive points. Sending positive energy smiley
