BPD LIFE

My poor wife has to deal with my BPD and I feel so bad for her. But she has been learning so much about the personality disorder that she is teaching me why I am the way I am. I have been this way for as long as I can remember. But I was just diagnosed last year with bpd. I'm still struggling with it alot. I don't know how to handle it or what to do or how to act or anything like that but I'll have to learn I guess.

Good for you for getting treatment. I know that can be a very difficult step to take. Talk to your wife and take her feedback seriously. You will be able to grow together into a healthier place. Best of luck. 💖

You’re lucky she sticks by you. Try to treat her as well as you can when you can and don’t forget about your triggers and dx

Hey, I was diagnosed in 2018 and am still struggling with it. My wife is amazing, it's important to have that support.
