Any one else?

So basically I've realized with a close friend that when she doesn't texted back quickly, I get frantic. I start apologizing for what ever I said believing it was some how offensive. Does any one else get this?

@supportivePanda99

I do, especially if it's something that I need an answer for in order for me to move ont my next thought process. I will over worry especially if it's something that I'm trying to get out of or don't want to do. The reason is because I'm a people pleaser. I'm trying to understand how I can combat this but one thing is I have to realise that I don't control the thought, emotions, reactions of others, they do. Whatever happens, they have chosen to feel a certain way, etc, it's not your fault. Be true to you and let the rest take care of itself, you are not responsible for that. They may be busy in a meeting, or out shopping, their phone may be on silent, etc, etc. I do appreciate what you are going through and so easy for me to say all the above, I know living through it is tougher but try to convince yourself of the innocent more likely positive scenarios, think that it's ok until proven otherwise. If it's bad they would.come back to vent right , but again that their choice isn't it. I totally empathise with what you are going through and hope you can find some peace of mind as you carry on through your journey, I know it's hard but there are a lot of kind people on here, members and listeners alike, we're all here for you. 😊
