I was just diagnosed with DPD, how do you encourage yourselves to live more independent lifestyles?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. 💜 If I were to try to encourage myself to live more independently, I feel like I would try to focus on two ideas:
- There might be some benefits to living more independently
- It is possible/doable to live more independently.
