OCD struggles
Hi,
I’ve noticed that my ocd is worst at work. I feel that I can’t leave work until I have finished everything on my to do list. If I do not finish everything on my list, all I can think about is what was left unfinished. Sometimes I am allowed to take work home to finish. Also, when I make a mistake or tell someone the wrong information, all I can think about is how I have to get them the correct information and “fix my mistakes”.

It sounds like you like to get everything done and are critical of yourself. Have you tried taking a step back, taking a breathe, and telling yourself it is ok? Sometimes a break can calm us down and see that we can only do what we have control over. Another thing, what would happen if you didn't make a list for a day to see if it would help?
